Surge Reports Terms of Use

1. Access
Surge Reports is provided to authorised Sales Surge personnel and authorised client users only. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Acceptable use
Use Surge Reports solely for its intended purpose — turning Pipedrive CRM data into reports and insights — and only with data you are lawfully entitled to process. Do not bypass authentication, access other users' or tenants' data, reverse engineer the service, or use it for unlawful or unsolicited communications.
3. Your data and connections
You are responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy and backup of the data and API tokens you connect, and for having a valid legal basis (Art. 6 GDPR). Back up your CRM environment before any operation that writes or migrates data.
4. Effort basis, no guarantee
Surge Reports is provided on an effort basis (inspanningsverbintenis, Art. 7:401 Dutch Civil Code) with professional care, without warranty of a specific result. Automated operations depend on third-party APIs (e.g. Pipedrive) outside our control.
5. Intellectual property
All rights in Surge Reports, its code, design and methodology remain with Sales-Surge B.V. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the tool for its intended purpose; you retain ownership of the data in your own systems.
6. Liability
Liability is limited as set out in the Sales Surge General Terms and Conditions. To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Sales Surge is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of or damage to data, or damages caused by third-party software/APIs or by data/instructions you provided.
7. Availability
Surge Reports is offered "as is" and "as available"; we may change, suspend or discontinue it at any time.
8. Governing law
